Are your products safe for babies and what fabrics are they made from?

  • Yes – safety is our number one priority.
  • We use a mix of organic cotton and 100% cotton fabrics. Cotton is naturally soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate baby skin, making it perfect for every day use.
  • All of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified (tested for harmful substances) and some are GOTS-certified organic cotton (grown and processed in an eco-friendly, ethical way).

How do you make sure your products are safe?

  • We work closely with our trusted manufacturer, who shares our commitment to quality and safety.
  • Every fabric is certified (OEKO-TEX® and GOTS), and every product is designed to be soft, gentle and completely safe for your little one.

How do I wash and care for products?

How long will my order take to ship?

  • We pack and ship orders within 1-3 working days.
  • You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At the moment, we ship to the UK only.
  • If you're based outside the UK and would love to order from us, please get in touch at hello@neyalabel.com and we'll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

  • We want you to love your order.
  • If something isn't right, you can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

  • All of our orders are carefully wrapped in soft tissue paper as standard, making them perfect for gifting.
  • At the moment, we don't offer gift boxes, but we're working on introducing these in the future.
